1. MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING [01]
• QUALIFICATIONS : B.Sc Engineering Degree (Civil) with a Master Degree or Membership of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka or equivalent qualification with 15 years post qualifying experience including 08 years experience at senior management level.
• SALARY SCALE :Negotiable 
2. SENIOR HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYOR[01]
• QUALIFICATIONS : B.Sc Degree in Surveying Science (University of Sabaragamuwa) or equivalent qualification with minimum of 05 years of experience in the relevant field. OR Possess the certificate issued by the Surveyor General Completion of the examination of the Surveying & Levelling and possess 07 years experience in Surveying Levelling. OR Possess the certificate issued on surveying by the Diyathalawa Institute of Surveying & Mapping with 08 years experience in the relevant field. BSc in Surveying Science (UDS) with minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent Expose in Hydrographic Surveying experience is mandatory.

3. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER[02]
• QUALIFICATIONS : B.Sc Engineering Degree (Electrical) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 03 years of experience in a Government Department or State Sector Organization.

4. CIVIL ENGINEER (PLANNING & DESIGNING)[03]
• QUALIFICATIONS : B.Sc Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 03 years post qualifying experience in a Government Department or State Sector Organization.

5. CIVIL ENGINEER (CONSTRUCTION)[02]
• QUALIFICATIONS : B.Sc Engineering Degree (Civil) or equivalent qualification with minimum 03 years post qualifying experience in a Government Department or State Sector Organization. Negotiable SENIOR MARINE ENGINEER 01 A B.SC Engineering (Marine) Degree with Membership of the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka or Membership of an equivalent recognized professional Institute. AND Minimum of 08 years post qualifying experience in a Ministry or Government Dept. or State Sector Organization.
